The People In Need, Inc. (PIN) agency offers many and varied services to Delaware County residents. The Board of Directors, staff and volunteers strive to provide the highest quality of service and products to those in need. The PIN agency continues to provide goods and services to all Delaware County residents in need. Following is a list of services provided:
