Lula Mae has been employed with PIN for 26 years and is currently the Food Pantry Supervisor. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating the schedules of our volunteers. She coordinates food orders for our clients and completes various reports.
Lula Mae also serves as our "Adopt A Family" coordinator during the annual Holiday Clearing House progam.

Carolyn Leasure
Carolyn is the Office Manager and has been employed with PIN since 1992. She is responsible for the daily management of the office and oversees the financial management. She also assumes the role of Holiday Clearing House Coordinator and assists with all other programs as needed.
Carolyn is married to Mike, has three adult children and four grandchildren. Originally from Kansas, she has lived in Ohio since 1978 so she is legally a Buckeye now!
Carolyn volunteers her time by serving on the Delaware Housing Corporation Board and is an active member of St. Mark's Luthern Church.
Kevin has been the Executive Director of PIN for 13 years. In this role, he is responsible for the leadership and management of staff, programs, strategic and financial planning. He meets with clients to discuss their needs. He determines the amount of assistance that PIN can provide and coordinates help with other NGO's and businesses. Kevin also speaks to various organizations, churches and schools on behalf of PIN. He is always willing to take the time to meet with anyone.
Ray is the Deputy Director and began his employment with PIN on July 1, 2008. In this role, Ray assists the Executive Director with his activities and responsibilites. He meets with clients to discuss their needs. He determines the amount of assistance that PIN can provide and coordinates help with other non-profit groups and businesses. He also works with the Food Pantry personnel in accepting/distributing food/non-food items. Ray speaks to various social organizations, churches and schools on behalf of PIN and he is responsible for our client data management system. Marvin Graham
Marvin serves as the Inventory Control Clerk where he oversees the operation of our warehouse.
He is a proud graduate of Buckeye Valley High School and The Ohio State University. Marvin grew up and continues to reside in Ostrander, Ohio.
After 23 years of employment, Marvin recently retired from Honda of America Manufacturing, Inc. where he was an associate and a team leader in the auto plant.
Marvin volunteers his time by serving on the Board of Directors at Ostrander United Methodist Church. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees for Delaware, Union and Madison County Community Action Organization and is one of our former volunteers.
In his spare time, Marvin enjoys gardening, fishing and spending time with his granddaughters.
Randy Bournique
Randy serves as the Development Director for the organization. He was hired into this position in January 2012 after working for the State of Ohio since 1981. Randy has been involved with the Holiday Clearing House for the last 20 years and believes strongly in the organizations mission and goals. He will be working to ensure that adequate funding is available to assist those individuals who need a helping hand.
Randy is a member of Saint Joan of Arc Parish and works with the Saint Vincent DePaul Society to run the Parish Giving Tree Program. He has 3 children and currently lives in Orange Township with his wife, Judy, and his son, Lou.
