Emergency Services Client Application
For services including Eviction Prevention, Utility Assistance, Mortgage Assistance, and forms of medical aid, the first step is to complete this online application. These services are only available to qualified applicants residing in Delaware County, Ohio. You must hit “send” at the bottom of this page to submit your application.
Please note that due to the nature and focus of our programs, those requesting Eviction Prevention must have an eviction notice from a landlord, and those requesting Utility Assistance must have a shutoff notice.
For fields requesting a number, do not enter symbols or punctuation such as a dollar sign or comma. The application will reject errors and incomplete fields, which will be highlighted.
