Rebecca Dinovo

Chairwoman

Rebecca Dinovo is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Richwood Bank where she oversees all aspects of the bank’s employee relations, culture and development, recruitment and retention, benefits, payroll and human resources compliance.  Ms. Dinovo has degrees from Kent State University and Miami University, and she holds Professional in Human Resources and Project Management Professional certifications.  She brings more than 15 years of experience of community banking in central Ohio and Missouri in human resources management and strategic initiatives.  


Kelly Wilkin

Vice-Chairwoman


Kelly Wilkin is serving her second term as Vice Chairwoman and is an experienced Human Resources Professional. She is currently employed at Greif, Inc. as VP, Human Resources. Prior to Greif, Kelly served in a number of roles within HR and Talent Management at The Limited and Battelle, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Kelly is passionate about people and community, and in addition to PIN she actively participates with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the American Heart Association.

Kelly and her husband, Chris, live in Westerville and has two children.


David Green

Treasurer


David Green is a Principal at FocusCFO in Columbus, a company which empowers small and medium-sized businesses and not for profits through sound financial management, forward thinking insights & tools, and proactive financial strategies so they can improve internal cash flow, reduce business risk and increase the value of their business … ultimately helping them realize their short and long term goals and dreams. He formerly worked for Greif in Delaware. David is originally from Great Britain but left there in 1983 after receiving his CPA. Since then, he lived in Holland and Brazil before coming to the United States in 2001.

 David resides in Powell with his partner Lindsey. She is an intervention specialist in Columbus City Schools and a People In Need Ambassador. They enjoy traveling, photography and sports when they are not helping clients or volunteering with PIN. David has two grown sons.


Amy Bonacuse

Amy Bonacuse is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a passion for storytelling, brand building and public relations.

As the former Vice President of Communications for The Ohio Society of CPAs, Amy provided executive counsel for advocacy, fundraising and public awareness campaigns and also oversaw member communications and digital strategy. She has also developed national consumer and B2B campaigns for clients in the healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors, led marketing efforts for The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and was Director of Public Relations for Rite Aid Corporation. Amy has called Delaware County home since 2001 and is committed to giving back to this growing and generous community.


Kirt Trimble

Past Chairman

Kirt Trimble is the Past Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been in the insurance business since 2010. His involvement with PIN began with the Holiday Clearing House in 2004. After graduating from the Fisher College of Business of The Ohio State University, he worked in underwriting and sales roles for Grange Insurance in Ohio and Kentucky. As a licensed Property, Casualty and Life agent, and 4th generation Trimble employee, he is excited to be part of the family legacy.

Kirt currently resides in Delaware and enjoys hiking, hunting and fishing with his dog Woodford when he is not helping clients or volunteering with PIN, The Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio or Rotary International.


Meenu Aggarwal


Meenu Aggarwal has over 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry. She is currently working at JP Morgan Chase Bank as Executive Director. In her current role, she performs fiduciary duties on behalf of the bank as a trust officer in private banking. Outside of JP Morgan, she has extensive experience with public accounting firms. Her focus is largely on individual and corporate taxes and accounting. Meenu holds CA (Chartered Accountant) designation from India and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from the State of Ohio.

Meenu has work with many young people as a mentor to help them advance in their professional careers and is well respected in circles around her.

Meenu and her husband, Prabhat, live in Delaware County with their two children. Meenu enjoys travelling and cooking.


Matt Burns


Matt Burns has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and sales leadership roles. Matt is currently Vice President of Loan Originations for Kemba Financial Credit Union, where he runs the originations teams for Mortgage Lending, Commercial Lending, Student Loan and Direct Auto Loans. Prior to joining Kemba, Matt was the Central Ohio Market Leader for First Commonwealth Bank in Central Ohio. Matt has also held senior leadership roles with Bank of America, Citibank, and JP Morgan Chase. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from Boston College.

Matt and his wife, Christine, live in Dublin with their three children, Elizabeth, M.J., and Andrew. He enjoys chauffeuring his children to all their extracurricular activities that include piano, football, basketball, gymnastics, tennis, swim and dive team, and track and field, among others. As an alumnus, he and his family are avid fans and season ticket holders of Dayton Flyers men’s basketball games.


Carolyn A. Davis


Carolyn A. Davis is the Director, Employment Law at Greif.  Carolyn has more than 15 years practicing employment and labor law in both private practice and corporations.  Carolyn helps minimize risk and ensure compliance while furthering business goals.  She takes a collaborative and practical approach to employment law and takes the time to understand the needs and goals of the company to find practical, creative and effective solutions. 

 Carolyn received her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University where she graduated cum laude and with Department Honors.

 Carolyn and her husband, Zack, live in Delaware County with their son.


Scott Estep


Scott Estep is the System Vice President of Nursing Operations and Capacity Management at OhioHealth. Scott is a Registered Nurse by training, and has spent the past 23 years serving OhioHealth and its patients in many different roles. He started his career at OhioHealth as a bedside nurse, where he quickly found his passion for leading people and driving operational efficiency at the hospitals.

Scott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio University and his Masters of Business Operational Excellence from The Ohio State University. Scott is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is extremely passionate about helping improve the health of the communities his organization serves by leading and helping his teams provide exceptional care to all through experiences that earn a lifetime of trust.

Scott resides in Lewis Center with his wife, Danielle, and their daughter, Stella. His family has lived in Delaware County now for 7 years, and they just love their community!


Janell Kuck


Janell Kuck, CPA has been with the Delaware office of Maloney + Novotny LLC (formerly Wolf, Rogers, and Dickey) since 2005 and was elected shareholder in 2019. She has extensive experience in both individual and corporate income tax planning and compliance, estate and trust taxation, and assisting clients with day-to-day accounting matters. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and her Master of Accountancy degree with a specialization in Accounting Information Systems.

Janell resides in Delaware Township and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her very active Cocker Spaniel. She is involved with the Kiwanis Club of Delaware County, Inc., St. Mary Catholic Church Finance Committee, and she previously served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Common Ground Free Store Ministries Inc.


Joshua Rockwell


Josh Rockwell has been practicing law for 17 years, and is now the proud owner of Rockwell Law, a law firm based in Columbus. Josh Rockwell started his own firm in 2023, to continue to provide excellent and personalized attention to his clients. 

Josh has worked as national coordinating counsel for several prominent national clients throughout his career.  In addition, Josh has extensive experience representing large companies with complex property, inventory, and business interruption losses throughout the country.  Josh has successfully litigated issues related to salvage, inventory valuation, and lost profits.  Clients regularly look to Josh for advice and representation on complex damage valuations.

Josh received his JD from Cleveland State University in 2006, where he graduated with honors, and his undergraduate degree from Miami University.  Josh is licensed in Ohio and has been admitted in courts in various other US jurisdictions through his national counsel practice.

Josh resides in Worthington with his wife, Meredith, and their two children. 


Krys Weibling


Krys Weibling is a Vice President, Financial Solutions Center Manager for First Commonwealth Bank located in Delaware with a specialized focus on Commercial Lending.  She has 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector.  Before Krys began her career with First Commonwealth Bank two years ago, she was a Vice President and a Chase Private Client Manager with JPMorgan Chase in Marion.  

Krys is passionate about finding ways to help those who need it most.  That is what attracted Krys to People In Need of Delaware County, and she is eager to make a difference in the lives of those in her communities.

Krys resides in Marion with her son Carter who is very active in the music department of his high school.  When not at work, you can find Krys cheering on the marching band at football games, cheering on the pep band at basketball games and even doing makeup for all the musicals. 


Lauren Vermilion


Lauren Vermilion learned about PIN from her work on the Mission and Outreach committee through Asbury United Methodist Church. When PIN was looking for a representative from Ohio Wesleyan University - she jumped at the chance to serve such a compelling mission.

After seven years as the Associate Director of Advancement at Ohio Wesleyan University, she is now employed as a development officer in the nonprofit field. Having spent her entire career in fundraising, she is committed to helping PIN and the people they serve. She is a graduate from Otterbein University, where she studied History and Gender Studies and has a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University. Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and going to concerts.
