Kathy Hoff

Kathy is the Executive Director who joined the PIN team in 2018. Originally starting as a volunteer in early 2018, Kathy was hired that summer to be the Nutrition Services Manager. During her time in that role, People in Need grew to be the largest food pantry provider in Delaware County, supporting and partnering with other agencies, organizations and businesses to include the Commodity Supplemental Food Program for Seniors, the Weekend Backpack Program with Delaware City Schools Family Resource Center and increased monthly Produce Markets with MidOhio Foodbank.

As Executive Director, she works with a team of seven to ensure quality emergency services programs, a food pantry committed to healthy families and individuals, and events that support those in need. Collaborating with other agencies in Delaware County, her role is to partner, communicate, and serve families and individuals in Delaware County in their time of need. Kathy currently serves as Co-Chair of the Delaware County Hunger Alliance, represents Delaware County on the Agency Council for Mid-Ohio Foodbank, a member of the Delaware Rotary and served on the Steering Committee for the Ohio Food Policy Network.

Kathy started at PIN after 31 years in leadership roles in higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Mount Union and a Master of Education Administration degree from Xavier University. She and her partner Jeff Callender live in Powell. Her first granddaughter lives in Waldo along with her daughter and son-in-law. She is an avid hiker, amateur cyclist, and loves to cook!

Mallory Sribanditmongkol

Mallory is the Director of Community Engagement at People in Need. She joined the organization in 2024 and supports communications, development, marketing, and public relations efforts. Mallory brings experience from the public, private, and non-profit sectors, including a decade in public information management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Otterbein University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. 

Additionally, Mallory serves as an appointed member of the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, a Precinct Election Official for the Delaware County Board of Elections, and as an active volunteer at Asbury United Methodist Church. She resides in Delaware with her husband and daughter.

Kristin Pzedpelski

Kristin is the Director of Food Insecurity Programs at People in Need.  She began working at PIN in the beginning of 2024.   In this role, she oversees the Food Pantry, Commodity Supplemental Food Program for Seniors, Produce Market, Mobile Market, and Weekend Backpack Programs for Delaware City Schools. 

Kristin graduated from Messiah University majoring in Mathematics with minors in Business Administration and Statistics.  A good part of her career experience has been in the analytical field, but she has also spent many years working in catering.  A large passion of hers has always been volunteering whether it be through her church, the school system, or her community. 

Kristin resides in Marysville with her husband Pete, daughter Emma, and dog Barney.  She enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Anna Fender

Anna is the Director of Emergency Services. She started working at PIN as a Program Support Specialist in September 2021 after completing a summer internship with PIN focusing on Operations. In her role as a Program Support Specialist (Sept 2021 – May 2022), she continued to help each of the Directors with special projects and daily operations but focused primarily on Emergency Services. Now, in her role as the Director of Emergency Services, she oversees the daily operations of the Emergency Services department and collaborates with other agencies in Delaware County to address needs in our community for emergency assistance with housing, medical, and utility costs.

Anna graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2022 with a BA Degree in Social Justice, Women’s & Gender Studies, and Comparative Literature. She also received the distinction of University Honors for her coursework and completion of an honors project focusing on community development and increasing awareness of the ways in which social injustice and diversity of identities impact members of the OWU campus community.

In her spare time, Anna enjoys playing tennis, hammocking, reading or watching just about anything with an interesting plot, visiting her family in central Illinois, and cooking or baking new recipes with her fiancé, Noah.

Meredith Day

Meredith is the Emergency Services Program Support Specialist. She joined the organization in 2024.

Meredith is a graduate of Otterbein University and is pursuing her Master of Social Work degree. Raised in Delaware County, Meredith enjoys working to serve the community where she lives.

Meredith loves sunshine and fresh squeezed lemonade and enjoys all of the community activities Delaware has to offer.

Tony Yannone

Tony started volunteering at People in Need in 2019 and has supported various functions including the food pantry, warehouse/inventory management, retail grocery pickups and weekly food delivery to local schools. In February 2023 Tony began his role as a Program Support Specialist to add bookkeeping to his responsibilities, a role he is well qualified for after a long career in Finance and Accounting.

Tony resides in Powell with his wife Kit and their rescue pup Calvin. When not working at People in Need, Tony can often be seen riding the streets of Delaware on his bicycle or practicing yoga at a local studio. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, snow skiing and scuba diving.

James Wallace

James is PIN’s Warehouse Associate and brings with him 15 years of experience in that role, as well as 10 years of experience in automotive repair.

He enjoys helping others, exploring the outdoors, camping, hiking, and trying new experiences. James also collects HotWheels, model cars and spends his spare time gardening, cooking, and watching science fiction movies. He lives in Cardington with his wife Crystal, sons Joey and Riley, mother-in-law Mary, and their two furry boys Boba and Otis.
